The Weathersfield North Umbrella Association became an Illinois Corporation on August 29, 1986. Two associations known as Weathersfield North Condominium Association Professionally Managed by Associa Chicagoland (847) 490-3833 which has 120 2 bedroom units and Weathersfield North Townhomes Association Professionally Managed by American Property Management of IL (847) 985-6464 which has 184 2 or 3 bedroom units. All 304 members of the two associations can enjoy the Weathersfield North Umbrella Association amenities.  

The Weathersfield Umbrella provides amenities to the above associations for clubhouse and pool access for residents and their guests to enjoy which is located at 801 Manomet Court Schaumburg, IL 60173. See map below. 

Please contact the proper management company for all association business. The clubhouse contact cannot assist with questions not related to the clubhouse or pool.
